Mark’s principal job is to oversee the creation, development, and implementation of the vision and direction for Centenal Tax Group, Inc. In this role, he ensures that the strategic goals and objectives are understood by all team members and the appropriate resources are constantly focused on the achievement of that vision while maintaining the core values and strengths of the enterprise.
Mark is an Enrolled Agent and authorized to practice before the United State Tax Court. He has been preparing tax returns and representing taxpayers since 1979.
Zachary VandeKamp, Esq, EA, USTCP

As the Chief Executive Officer, Zack has the overall responsibility for the management, oversight, and operation of Centenal Tax Group. This requires working closely with the other executives and management on day-to-day operational decisions and implementing the company’s long and short term plans. Zack is also responsible for reporting on the progress of the company to the board.
Zack is an Enrolled Agent, Attorney, and has been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He has been working in the tax industry since 2003.

As the CXO, Jane’s most important responsibility is to maintain and continue to evolve the culture and environment of Centenal Tax Group to support our core values and purpose. Her focus is on making sure that the employee experience is one of engagement, pride, and personal development while safeguarding the company’s dedication to an amazing customer experience. Jane is an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing tax returns and representing taxpayers since 1992.
David Du Val, EA

As the CCO, Dave’s principal job is to maintain and enforce the myriad of compliance and ethical rules that are involved in the tax preparation field. His focus is on making sure that each team member has the knowledge and technical experience needed to provide quality tax preparation while providing a best-in-class customer experience.
Kurt Lee, CPA

As the CFO, Kurt has the overall responsibility for managing the financial risks of Centenal Tax Group. These responsibilities include timely financial planning and reporting to the Executive Steering Committee and Board as well as playing an active role in the Strategic Plan and long-term goals of the organization.
